The Living /Dining Room 		The villa is detached and was built in 2003. It is situated near Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca about 10 minutes drive from the beach.

It has a large living / dining room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 7 people. It is beautifully furnished with modern furniture and all amenities.

The villa pool      
The villa also has a brand new 7 metre swimming pool, ideal for a quick dip to cool off, or to be able to have a swim in at any time of day.

Outside the villa
spainish holiday villa		 Outside, it has a patio sun terrace round 3 sides of the house, enabling you to take advantage of the sun (or shade!) throughout the day and 2 patio sun terraces upstairs (one off each of the bedrooms). One of these has a beautiful round turret to enable you to sit in the shade if you prefer.
